Propaganda of Indian RAW exposed in Balochistan

Dear Pakistanis, Let us update you on Baluchistan. Read this carefully and slowly.

Do NOT panic. InshAllah, Baluchistan is not going anywhere. The enemies and the traitors within cannot break away Baluchistan. There is a deliberate information war by the likes of SAFMA to create the hype to give this perception that Pakistan is breaking up. Stay firm and stay united. There is no power on earth which can undo Pakistan, InshAllah.

Baluchistan is 42 % of Pakistan territory. Its population is only 4% of Pakistan, about 8 million. Out of this, nearly 5 million are Pashtuns, Brahwis, Makranis, Punjabis and Sindhi Pakistani Muslims who have no problem at all. Within the Baluch Muslims Pakistanis, 90% are with Pakistan alhamdolillah. The separatists are just a few thousand misguided men from only 4 districts out of 28 districts of the province.

Hyberyar Marri, Brahmadagh Bugti and Attaullah Mengal are taking help from US and India to wage a war against Pakistan but the reality is even within Bugti and marri tribe, there are thousands of youth who are great patriot Muslims and love Pakistan.

Nawab Akbar Bugti had exiled his own tribe of Raheja, Kalpar and Messori sub-tribes into Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan for 15 years and had taken over their lands in Sui and Dera Bugti. He persecuted his own Baluch people and killed his own family members for demanding rights.

This is where Pakistan army intervened in 2004 to protect Baluch Bugti tribe from the crimes of Akbar Bugti in 2004 and helped the Kalpar, Messori and Raheja Bugtis to come back to their native lands. Upon this Akbar Bugti started a war against Pakistan and was then chased out into the hills where he committed suicide. Yes, Akbar Bugti committed suicide and he was NOT killed by the army.
Today, the MNA from dera Bugti is Mir Ahmadan Bugti, a patriotic Raheja Baluch, a first cousin of Akbar Bugti, who was exiled with over a hundred thousand Baluchs by Akbar Bugti. Army brought him back. He is the MNA and has been elected by the entire Bugti tribe and he defends Pakistan against terrorists of Brahmadagh Bugti. You hear the interviews of Brahmadagh in this SAFMA controlled media but you never hear the voice of Mir Ahmadan Bugti, the real patriotic Bugti Baluch Muslim and Pakistani! This is how media manipulates the truth. Go and ask Mir Ahmadan Bugti about the truth of Bugtis being against Pakistan and he will show you how proud Bugtis stand with Pakistan!

There is no government in Pakistan today, even in Islamabad and the country is in a state of war being invaded by enemies from all sides. If Pakistan army does not stop the TTP and the BLA terrorists, the country would be destroyed by now. That is why you see all the fake propaganda against the missing persons and army atrocities against the Baluch. In reality, FC and Pak army are defending Pakistan against Indian backed insurgencies where even the CIA is involved. There is a massive infighting between the BRA and BLA also where both groups are killing each other for weapons, money and turf. They kill each other and then blame army for the murders. Many have gone to Afghanistan for training and their families register them as missing persons. This is all part of the war against Pak army and the media is fuelling this war.

Americans want to take over Gawader. The recent resolution in US congress has encouraged the exiled separatists that they can use the CIA and India for a Libyan styled invasion. Never InshAllah! As long as Pakistan can block the NATO supplies, US do not have the resources and the weapons to make a landing at Gawader. If we release the supplies, then the Americans can make such a plan but even then, there will be fighting but Baluchistan can never be separated from Pakistan, InshAllah.

The situation in Baluchistan is NOT like of East Pakistan. The few thousand insurgents can blow up few pipelines and kills a few Muslims and soldiers but they can never break Pakistan which is under the shadow of Rasul Allah (sm).
Even today, from Governor to Chief Minister to ministers, all are Baluch in the government. The President of Pakistan is also a Baluch. Farooq Leghari was a Baluch also. Mazari was the prime Minister and was a Baluch also. Jamali was the PM and was a Baluch also. Baluchis Pakistanis Muslims from Baluchistan have reached the highest offices of this country. If Baluchistan have not received developments, they are responsible, not the army or the ISI. The whole country is suffering today not just Baluchistan.

The only way to end the suffering of the people is to bring the system of Khilafat e Rashida in the country and implement the Islamic system of social justice. The system of present day is Zalim, not the country. The solution is come under the shadow of Rasul Allah (sm) not to wage a war against Rasul Allah (sm), on whose orders this Pak Sarzameen was created.

We invite all Baluch youth to join hands with us in Takmeel e Pakistan to bring in the system of Khilafate Rashida so that all zulm can be eliminated and due rights can be shared within Muslims. But we will fight against all those who want to break the Pakistan of Rasul Allah (sm). By Allah, we will!

Now you know the truth. Spread it far and wide and do not fall for the propaganda of the enemies. InshAllah khair. This Pakistan is here to stay, alhamdolillah. Enemies can go to hell !

Protests spread to Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India

ISLAMABAD: Hundreds of activists took to the streets on Friday as the protests over desecration of Holy Quran at the Nato military base in Afghanistan spread to Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

Holding banners inscribed with several anti-US slogans including ‘Damn You US Army’, and ‘Quran Our Soul, You Burnt Our Soul’, protesters gathered at public places to express their anger at the desecration of Holy Quran at the Bagram military base.

Up to 300 people blocked the GT Road in Peshawar, stomped on and set fire to the US flag, and kicked the dummy representing America and beat it with sticks while it was burning.

“The ugly face of America has been revealed with the desecration of Holy Quran,” a banner read. The Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the desecration, stressing that ‘utterly irresponsible and reprehensible things’ do not happen again.

“On behalf of the government and the people of Pakistan, we condemn in strongest possible terms the desecration of Holy Quran in Afghanistan,” spokesman Abdul Basit told reporters.

In Islamabad, the general secretary of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) told the crowd that the Islamic world should review its relations with the United States.

“We will not allow Americans to ridicule our religion and our Holy Quran,” Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri told the crowd, asking the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) to convene a special session to condemn the incident.

In Karachi, hundreds of activists of Jamaatud Dawa chanted ‘Death to America’. “There is just one remedy for America — Jihad and only Jihad,” the crowd shouted. “Death to America, death to America’s friends,” echoed slogans.

“We do not accept Obama’s apology. The Muslims do not accept his apology, as it is nothing but a farce,” said Naveed Qamar, the head of JuD in Karachi. “The Americans are deliberately provoking us through shameless sins,” he added.

Pakistan Navy gets two P3C Orion Aircraft

Karachi - The second batch of two modified P3C aircraft were inducted into Pakistan Navy fleet at Naval Aviation Base in Karachi on Tuesday.

The aircraft modified with latest avionics/sensors are part of the US assistance being provided to Pakistan Navy under FMF (Foreign Military Funding) programme.

Pakistan Navy is to receive a total of six such aircraft from US in batches of two each. The first batch was inducted into Pakistan Navy in 2010.

According to a statement, the aircraft has extended surveillance capability which will help Pakistan Navy maintain requisite vigil in Pakistan’s vital area of interest in North Arabian Sea. The area regarded as an important trade and energy corridor for the global economy, is home to intense maritime activity both legal and illegal and thus warrants continuous guard.

Speaking at the induction ceremony, chief guest Vice Admiral M Zakaullah welcomed the addition of P3C aircraft which will significantly add to the combat potential of Pakistan Navy fleet. The ceremony was attended by a large number of serving and retired Pakistan Navy personnel.

An overview of Balochistan and Pakistan Army

Currently, Balochistan liberation is one of the biggest issue on TV channels. But what's the reality. Do they really want freedom?

Please watch following videos

Also read the following article written by Zaid Hamid with facts and figures.

http://www.defenceblog.org/2012/02/baluchistan-is-under-shadow-of-rasul.html

From these videos and article we come to the conclusion that majority of Balochistan people don't want liberation. The people looking for liberation are misguided by foreign agencies working to break apart Pakistan.  But take a look at these words so we might know the blessings of Allah ( S.W.T ) on Pakistan.

Quaid-e-Azam went abroad and thought not to come back to Pakistan because he was totally dis pointed. Once he was sitting at his chair, with closed eyes when he heard a sound.
" Get Up Quaid"
He opened his eyes, there was no one around. He thought there is no one and closed his eyes. This happened to him again but he still felt it is just his imagination nothing else.
Third time he listened a voice
" Get Up Quaid, I am Muhammad ( S.A.W )" and Quaid was asked to go back to create the center of Islam.

( Refrence: Diary of Quaid-e-Azam is available in Market )

Why Balochistan became of part of Pakistan?

Watch following video for this answer.

As I have already mentioned many foreign forces are working to break apart Pakistan.

Please watch following video.

Is army not aware of problems of Balochistan? Infact, Army is. Current COAS of Pakistan ( Head of Armed Forces in Pakistan ) is also from Balochistan Regiment so he is looking for prosperity in Balochistan. He knows the problems of Balochistan and trying to solve them.

Iran Warships Dock at Syrian Port as Warning to US

Iranian MP Hossein Ebrahimi, one of the top ranking members of the nation’s National Security and Foreign Affairs Commission, today slammed calls by top US officials to begin smuggling arms into Syria.
The presence of Iran and Russia’s flotillas along the Syrian coasts has a clear message against the United States’ possible adventurism,” Ebrahimi warned. US military commander Gen. Martin Dempsey has said any efforts to arm the rebels would be “premature.”
The US is far from the only nation liable to smuggle weapons into Syria, however, and the Arab League has already passed a resolution approving efforts to provide such aid to the various fighters seen as favorable to its faction. In addition, Turkey is openly backing the Free Syrian Army (FSA), while al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) is sending arms and fighters into the nation across the porous Iraqi border.
Iranian officials explained the arrival of two Iranian warships at Tartus, the same port that already houses Russian warships, as a sign that both nations are willing to make an effort to prevent arms smuggling. It is unlikely the ships will have much practical impact, however, as Syria has enormous land borders that are difficult to guard and would be more favorable for such smuggling.

What is burning in our country?

Afshain Afzal

The situations in Khyber PK and Balochistan provinces are far away from satisfactory. We must try to find some solution as how long we should allow such horrifying activities to continue. The irresponsible coverage by some of the electronic and print media persons really create doubts on their loyalty with Pakistan.

One gets shocked to read daily newspapers with all blame game on Pakistan Army and Intelligence agencies. One would like to ask worthy critics do you think that it is the duty of our Army and Intelligence agencies to implement the law. Try to make your self wise; who are the implementers in our country and who stops them from performing their duties. Is it Pakistan Army, Para Military Force, Intelligence agencies or someone else? When we say that these institutions are responsible for the present state in Khyber PK province and Balochistan provinces as well as Karachi, parliament can always recommendation Pakistan Army, Para Military Force and Intelligence agencies to pack up from these places and handover the charge to the one our elected body deems fit. But the nation would like to know who will be those lucky ones who would shoulder this responsibility; civilians, bureaucrats, police, judiciary or some fifth power?

In the past, attempts were made to make this independent country hostage of foreign NGOs, which is continuing. The foreign intelligence agencies, mingled in NGOs and other International Organizations, utilized media services to create unrest in the country by exploiting marginalized sections of the society. International War on Terror was projected as Pakistan’s war and misleading information reports and media coverage created gulf between nation’s prestigious institutions and some sections of masses.

The period witnessed some of the most tragic incidents in which millions of Pakistani men women and children were killed as a result of US and allies operations and killing of great patriotic leader of the country, Nawab Akbar Khan Bughti .

This finally led to challenging the weak writ of the government and pro-active involvement of Army and Intelligence agencies during which some successful operations were carried out but interest groups also took advantage of the opportunity to settle scores, old rivalries, likings and disliking, putting the blame of institutions.

The recent most tragic incident, in which Baloch great lady, Mrs Zamur Domki, who was real sister of Brahamdagh Bugti, grand daughter of Nawab Akbar Bugti and wife of Balochistan MPA Mir Bakhtiar Domki alongwith her daughter and driver were killed should not go unchecked. It is quite depressing that without any probe some irresponsible Police officials were misinforming that the incident could be a case of target killing based on personal enmity.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan gave Sindh police time till 24 February 2012, to arrest killers. A Joint Investigation Team (JIT) headed by IG CID comprises senior police officers, officials of Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has been formed to investigate into the murder. What will be the result, “Nishtan, Khurdan, Barkhastan.” Why don’t we admit that we cannot solve this murder instead of doubting own people. It is good for another eye wash to talk about family enmity and claim that sacred relations want to cash the incident but one wonders if tomorrow our love ones are killed in a similar manner how about applying the same theories.

Here we must appreciate the statement Mir Bakhtiar Domki, in which he said, “They used to kill the men of our family, now they have started killing our women as well. We have been sacrificing for our country and will continue doing so. ” What else proof the nation require from the Bugti families and Baloch to show their loyalty with Pakistan. People of Balochistan and Khyber PK are pride of our country and Baloch warriors like Bugtis are crown on our heads.

We must look for alternatives and unless all stakeholders, including groups like BLA, are not taken into confidence this blame game will continue and would only and only provide opportunities to our enemies and groups in neighbourhood to increase their adverse activities. Authorities must also review the list of banned outfits, in which names of six Baloch organizations are also given, so that all the people of Pakistan take part in mainstream nation building to strengthen their country.

iPads made by Pakistan Air Force

Mohammad Imran holds a Pakistani-made PACPad computer tablet at his electronics store in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Picture: AP
Rawalpindi – Inside a high-security air force complex that builds jet fighters and weapons systems, Pakistan’s military is working on the latest addition to its sprawling commercial empire: a homegrown version of the iPad.
It’s a venture that bundles together Pakistani engineering and Chinese hardware, and shines a light on the military’s controversial foothold in the consumer market. Supporters say it will boost the economy as well as a troubled nation’s self-esteem.
It all comes together at an air force base in Kamra in northern Pakistan, where avionics engineers – when they’re not working on defence projects – assemble the PACPAD 1.
“The original is the iPad, the copy is the PACPAD,” said Mohammad Imran, who stocks the product at his small computer and mobile phone shop in a mall in Rawalpindi, a city not far from Kamra and the home of the Pakistani army.
The device runs on Android 2.3, an operating system made by Google and given away for free. At around $200, it’s less than half the price of Apple or Samsung devices and cheaper than other low-end Chinese tablets on the market, with the bonus of a local, one-year guarantee.
The PAC in the name stands for the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, where it is made. The PAC also makes an e-reader and small laptop.
Such endeavors are still at the pilot stage and represent just a sliver of the military’s business portfolio, which encompasses massive land holdings, flour and sugar mills, hotels, travel agents, even a brand of breakfast cereal.
The military is powerful, its businesses are rarely subject to civilian scrutiny, and it has staged three coups since Pakistan became a state in 1947. Many Pakistanis find its economic activities corrupting and say it should focus on entirely on defence.
“I just can’t figure it out,” said Jehan Ara, head of Pakistan’s Software Houses Association, said of the PACPAD.
“Even if they could sell a billion units, I can’t see the point. The air force is supposed to be protecting the air space and borders of the country.”
Supporters say the foray into information technology is a boost to national pride for a country vastly overshadowed by archrival India in the high-tech field. Tech websites in the country have shown curiosity or cautious enthusiasm, but say it’s too early to predict how the device will perform. Skeptics claim it’s a vanity project that will never see mass production.
Only a few hundred of each products has been made so far, though a new batch will be completed in the next three months.
“The defence industry is trying to justify its presence by doing more than just produce weapons,” said Ayesha Siddiqa, author of Military Inc., a critical study of military businesses.
“Some smart aleck must have thought we can make some money here.”

PAC’s website
says the goal is “strengthening the national economy through commercialisation” and lauds the collaboration with China – something that likely resonates among nationalists.
China is regarded as a firm ally by Pakistan’s security establishment, whereas the US, despite pouring billions of dollars in aid into the country, is seen as fickle and increasingly as an enemy.
These perceptions have heightened as the US intensifies drone attacks on militants based in the Pakistani borderlands. But the military is also a target of those militants. In 2007 the base at Kamra, home to 12,000 workers and their families, nine people died when a cyclist blew himself up at the entrance.
PAC officials suggested the program that produces the PACPAD was modeled in part on the Chinese military’s entry into commercial industry, which lasted two decades until it was ordered to cut back lest it become corrupted and lose sight of its core mission.
The tablet and other devices are made in a low-slung facility, daubed in camouflage paint, near, a factory that produces J-17 Thunder fighter jets with Chinese help.
“It’s about using spare capacity. There are 24 hours in a day, do we waste them or use them to make something?” said Sohail Kalim, PAC’s sales director.
“The profits go to the welfare of the people here. There are lots of auditors. They don’t let us do any hanky-panky here.”
PAC builds the PACPAD with a company called Innavtek in a Hong Kong-registered partnership that also builds high-tech parts for the warplanes.
But basic questions go unanswered. Maqsood Arshad, a retired air force officer who is one of the directors, couldn’t say how much money had been invested, how many units the venture hoped to sell and what the profit from each sale was likely to be.
The market for low-cost Android tablets is expanding quickly around the world, with factories in China filling most of the demand. Last year, an Indian company produced the “Aakash” tablet, priced at $50, and sold largely to schoolchildren and students.
Arshad said a second-generation PACPAD would be launched in the next three months, able to connect to the Internet via cell phone networks and other improved features. He said the Kamra facility could produce up to 1000 devices a day.
During a brief test, The tablet with its 7-inch screen appeared to run well and the screen responsiveness was sharp.
“It seems good, but operation-wise I have to look into it,” said Mohammad Akmal, who had come to the store in Rawalpindi to check the product out. “Within a month or so, we will know.” (AP)

HANDCUFFED, BLINDFOLDED, SHOT IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD.

Tehreek-e-Taliban is a banned terrorist organization with a heinous aim to demonize and disintegrate Pakistan. Pakistan Army is in continuous fight with TTP since its (TTP) formation in 2007. TTP is allegedly supported by foreign agencies which are fortifying and nurturing it with a wicked desire to diminish Pakistan.

Pakistan Army is unnerving this inhumane faction at cost of their lives. A recent incident depicting the casting of their valuable lives for this motherland can never be forgotten in which 15 gallant FC soldiers were abducted by TTP, were mercilessly and brutally killed. They were abducted from Tank on Dec 23 2011 and awarded with SHAHADAT on 5 Jan 2012. All Soldiers were blindfolded and handcuffed with each other which illustrate the inhumane and callous attitude of those miscreants. Those paid infidels were so relentless showing their frenzied state of mind, seemingly controlled by other powers.

The TTP spokesman said the bodies of all the slain FC personnel were thrown in Speen Thall area of Hangu district after being executed in Thall. The Thall tehsil administration and FC officials later recovered the bullet-riddled bodies of the FC men and took them to the military hospital sited in the Thall Fort. By evening their bodies were brought to Peshawar where their collective funeral prayers were offered at the FC offices in Hayatabad town.

Those who think that the ferocious doctrine of Taliban is prosperous for this country are in mired deception. TTP is a bunch of psychologically retarded infidels which bastion amid the clandestine support of foreign agencies. Long Live Pakistan-Long Live Pakistan Army.

Will US and Israel will trigger war against Iran?

The winds of war, which have blown in recent years between Israel and Iran, have reached a new dimension with the tension over the Strait of Hormuz. While Iran threatens to seal off the strait, Israel’s supporter in the region, the US, asserts it will not allow this to happen and will intervene if necessary. As for Israel, with the support of the press, it is trying to gain the maximum advantage it can from the situation. In the meantime, Western nations are having a hard time holding Israel back from attacking Iran.

For years now, Iran has used some Palestinian groups and the Lebanese Hezbollah against Israel. In response, Israel, which possesses nuclear weapons, threatens Iran, which is also trying to make its own nuclear weapons, with attack. Without much care for the blood flowing in Palestine, Iran continues to try and radicalize Palestinian groups, alleging that in doing so, it is actually supporting an important cause in the Islamic world. But the very same Iran also simply stands back watching the blood flow in Syria, lending clear and open support to the Bashar al-Assad regime. Iran, which labels Syrian opposition forces tools of foreign powers, stood by the revolutionaries in Libya, Tunisia and Egypt by claiming the people in those countries had“taken their inspiration from the Iranian revolution.” Tehran, which has also never said anything about the Azerbaijani lands under Armenian occupation, has in fact been Armenia’s strongest friend in the region after Russia. And so, as Israel finds strength from the crises in the region, Iran presents an unparalleled opportunity. Every time Iran proclaims, “We will destroy Israel,” it provides a new source of happiness for Israeli leaders.

That’s because what these declarations in fact do is provide new opportunities to construct new settlements or to place the Palestinians under more pressure. In short, both of these nations, Iran and Israel, know how to use each other very well. Alright — but could Israel really, with the support of the US, attack Iran, as some argue, or could the US go directly to war with Iran as the result of increasing tension in recent months? The following is always said in the Middle East: Significant powers always build their policies according to 50 years in the future. In other words, analyzing the events of today based only on the conditions of today is a big mistake. As the region tries to redesign itself of its own volition, Western powers re-stake their own positions based on these moves, and all sorts of new scenarios are implemented. In the meantime, all sorts of fronts portrayed for years in the region as threats are, in fact, now coming to power.

And while major Western powers said nothing when the Algerian Islamic Salvation Front (FIS), which was overwhelming victorious in democratic elections in 1991, was crushed by a military junta that year, now they say nothing as movements similar to FIS come to power in Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco.

There can be little doubt that some significant national powers, first and foremost many Western countries, are made very uncomfortable by the spread of parties that tend toward Islam — a trend that began in Turkey — throughout the region. After all, these are the same powers that have controlled much of the region for over 200 years and who, when parties that are both religious and nationalistic are in power, will have a difficult or even impossible time making regional leaderships do their bidding. And when you add to this the economic and political warmness that will develop in the region between these leaderships, the situation becomes a true nightmare for Western nations and other significant powers.

Alright, so how will these aforementioned powers protect their strength and influence in the region? How will they try and prevent new unions from springing up between regional countries? The US invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, which began in 2001 and in 2003, either intentionally or accidentally served the cause and interests of Iran. The excuse for entering Afghanistan was al-Qaeda, whose very existence, not to mention its leadership cadre, was questionable. At the same time, the reason for invading Iraq was chemical weapons, which turned out not to even exist.

The only real result from the US entry into these countries was the leaving of the countries with enormous problems, the likes of which could never be solved. Though it theoretically entered Afghanistan to fight against terror, what the US will leave behind in that region is two countries that experience terror every day, which leaves countless dead: Afghanistan and Pakistan. And while it officially pulled out of Iraq around this past New Year’s, what we have now is an Iraq literally split into three parts. These results really only benefit Iran.

Prior to the American invasion, Iran was literally squashed between Pakistan-Afghanistan and Iraq. But now, it has become the greatest power in the region. Did the US and other Western nations not know that when the regimes in Afghanistan and Iraq were overthrown, Iran would emerge as the winner? And so we have today an Iran that acts not only as the final authority on the Persian Gulf but which is also on the verge of becoming a real voice in the goings-on in the eastern Mediterranean. Iran’s name is on tongues everywhere, from Iraq to Lebanon, from Bahrain to Yemen. Will such an Iran really allow stability to come to the region or let strong ties develop between Sunni nations?

The answer is no: Iran, which throughout its long history has gone to war only with other Muslim nations, will do as it has done for centuries now and forge new alliances with Western nations while preventing ties from developing between Sunni ones. As a result then, neither Israel nor the US will want to see the elimination or even heavy damaging of Iran by staging attacks, as it is a nation for which they will have a need in the future.

Pakistan Army gets 8-9 pc of total budget: Gen Kayani

JACOBABAD: Chief of the Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani on Monday said the media was creating the misperception that the country’s defence budget swallowed up a large portion of the budget.

The army chief was responding to questions at a press talk here during his visit to the upgraded Shahbaz Air Base.

He said defence allocations were just 18 percent of the total budget for the ongoing financial year while the Pakistan Army was receiving 8-9 percent of the budget, which also included spending on the war on terror. “The defence budget is decreasing, not increasing, in view of the upward trend in the price of the dollar and inflation,” he said. Gen Kayani also said it was for parliament to decide Pakistan’s future relations with Nato and the United States. “There is a parliamentary process going on and it is for parliament to decide about the restoration of Nato supplies and relations with the United States,” the army chief added.

General Kayani and Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman also took rides on F-16 Block 52 aircraft separately to mark the completion of the procurement 18 fighter planes of the latest version. The air chief himself operated his plane during the 40-minute flight. The last of the 18 aircraft arrived at Shahbaz Air Base a few days ago.

General Kayani told the media that the induction of the latest version of F-16 aircraft would strengthen the defence of the country. “These are the most sophisticated aircraft and will certainly strengthen the country’s defence,” he said.

Observing that the newly inducted aircraft were a huge asset for the country, Gen Kayani however, said the army would try not to use them in the tribal areas in anti-terrorists operations, adding that minimum force was being used in the war on terror inside the country.

The army chief did not respond to the question of whether the United States had taken Pakistan’s army leadership into confidence about talks with the Taliban. Responding to a question about the Coalition Support Fund, said around $1.5 billion was yet to be received.

Militants Consensus Not To Attack Pakistan Military

Pakistan’s leading militants have called on fighters to honor an agreement not to attack the Pakistani military in the most important sanctuary for the Taliban and al-Qaida along the Afghan border.
Militants have long used the North Waziristan tribal area as a base to attack U.S.-led forces in neighboring Afghanistan. American officials have accused Pakistan of supporting some militants in the area, especially the feared Haqqani network – allegations denied by Islamabad.
The operational chief of the Haqqani network, Sirajuddin Haqqani, is part of the five-member leadership council that distributed a pamphlet Saturday ordering militants not to stage rocket or bomb attacks in North Waziristan.
“In North Waziristan, we are all in agreement with the Pakistani government, so we are all bound to honor this agreement and nobody is allowed to violate it,” the pamphlet said. A copy of the document was obtained by The Associated Press on Sunday.
Anyone who violates the agreement “will dealt with as a culprit,” it said.
The military has targeted militant bases in other tribal areas along the border, and the pamphlet appeared to be an attempt by the militants to preserve North Waziristan as a sanctuary from such offensives. There have been several rocket and bomb attacks against the military in North Waziristan since the council was formed in early January.
Haqqani is the only Afghan militant on the council. The others are from Pakistan, including the most senior members of the Pakistani Taliban, Hakimullah Mehsud and Waliur Rehman, and two other prominent commanders, Hafiz Gul Bahadur and Maulvi Nazir.
The council was set up with the assistance of al-Qaida and the Afghan Taliban to work out differences among the Pakistan-based militants, who have long been split over where they should focus their fighting. The Pakistani Taliban have concentrated on toppling the government in Islamabad, while the other militants on the council have almost exclusively directed their attacks against foreign forces in Afghanistan.
The Pakistani military has launched a series of offensives against the Pakistani Taliban in the northwest. But it has resisted U.S. demands to launch an operation in North Waziristan, even though it has approximately 40,000 troops stationed there.
The military has said its forces are stretched too thin by other offensives. But many analysts believe the reluctance is driven by close ties with the Haqqani network, which is seen as a key ally in Afghanistan after foreign forces withdraw.
The military has also struck peace agreements in the past with two other members of the council, Bahadur and Nazir.
Many Afghan Taliban militants are also believed to be based in Pakistan, especially in the southwestern province of Baluchistan. Analysts have speculated that the group’s chief, Mullah Omar, is based there.
Pakistani tribal police on Sunday accused Afghan forces of crossing into Baluchistan and snatching three men allegedly providing safe haven to militants fighting in Afghanistan.
Thirteen Afghan security personnel drove nearly 2 miles (3 kilometers) into Baluchistan on Saturday and took the men from Thukha village, said Mohammed Azim, tribal police chief in the surrounding Killa Saifullah district.
Officials have received unconfirmed reports that two of the men have been killed and have sent a delegation to Afghanistan to retrieve the bodies, said Azim.
Afghanistan’s Foreign Ministry said it was investigating the allegations.
The border in the area is not clearly marked, and locals regularly travel between the countries.
